My best friend is from Chongqing and she is so sick of hearing others talking about Sichuan hot pot. When talking about spicy and hot,  it seems that Sichuan is the first word to come up with. Today I went to dumpling house for lunch with my friend. I ordered a beef noodle soup and she had a Chinese hot and sour dumpling soup.
